Our Vision is to be a force-multiplying catalyst of positive change in the lives of individuals, workplaces, neighborhoods and communities.

Our Mission is to sow seeds of inspiration and provide tangible tools for improvement by engaging in direct communication and participating in hands-on community involvement with grassroots efforts across North America, and around the world.

Our Goals are to:
• inspire individuals to become their own catalyst for positive change in the communities they live.
• motivate grassroots initiatives and individuals to take ownership of their communities
• raise awareness of the many volunteer opportunities in the areas we reach
• increase employee productivity, profitability, and the social impact of corporations and businesses

Our Long-Term Impacts will be:
• increased volunteerism in existing community projects in the areas we touch
• increased number of new and unique community-change projects
• lowered child neglect/abuse, dropout, divorce and crime rates
• increased number of corporations that have a business, employee and community profitability mind set
